Heidi Traylor, M.ED., L.C.P.C, Chief Executive Officer

Heidi has worked for Terry Reilly since 1993. Heidi began her career as a therapist providing specialized out-patient counseling and treatment services to child and adult victims of sexual abuse, as well as treatment for adult sexual offenders in Terry Reilly’s SANE Solutions Program. Heidi assumed the position as SANE Solutions Program Director in 2001. She was given the added responsibilities of Director of Terry Reilly-Behavioral Health in 2005 and Allumbaugh House Administrator in 2009. She was selected as the Executive Director in 2012.  In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.

    Brian Baldwin, M.B.A., Chief Financial Officer

Brian joined Terry Reilly in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer after spending 8 years in a leadership role within the Department of Health and Welfare managing statewide budgets, automated systems, federal grant and audit compliance, and operations.  In his role, Brian led financial reform projects, implemented IT innovations, and improved data driven activities for the state.  Prior to that, Brian worked in the private sector where he gained management experience and learned the importance of customer service.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from Boise State University and his MBA from Northwest Nazarene University.  In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, snowshoeing, and spending time on the lake.

    Tami Fife, M.H.S., Development and Outreach Director                      

Tami joined Terry Reilly in 2014 as the Development & Outreach Director.  Before joining Terry Reilly, Tami spent over 20 years at Hewlett Packard in Marketing and Business Development with an emphasis in the healthcare industry. Tami has been active in the community by previously volunteering her time on the Marketing and Foundations committee at Terry Reilly as well as working with BSU Centers for the Study of Aging as a lead researcher on Idaho’s Living Well project studying Chronic Disease Self-Management and the 2012 Idaho Commission on Aging state needs assessment. Tami’s strengths are in marketing and communications within the health care industry, as well as grant writing, program evaluation and research. 

Tami has a Masters of Health Science  from Boise State University with an emphasis in health promotion. Tami enjoys time in the mountains; skiing, biking and hiking with her family


Shannon Blackstock, S.P.H.R., Human Resources Director.

She has worked in the field of human resources since 1987 and joined Terry Reilly in 1997. She received her degree from Boise State University in 1993 with an emphasis in Human Resources and went on to acquire her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2000. Prior to joining Terry Reilly, Shannon worked in the semiconductor and broadcasting industries. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and enjoys participating in a variety of athletic activities.


Andrew Baron, M.D., Medical Director 

Dr. Baron joined Terry Reilly 2013 as its new medical director.  He is a board certified family physician that has been in practice for 19 years, with the second half of his career focused primarily on physician leadership in healthcare administration.  He attended medical school family medicine residency in Canada and is a fellow of the American Academy of family physicians and a certified physician executive (CPE).  His experience in physician leadership includes quality improvement and risk management, medical staff leadership, chronic disease management, operational efficiency, government affairs and evidence-based medicine. He was previously VP of Medical Affairs at Brandon Regional Health Center in Canada as well as VP Primary Care Services at Multicare in Washington, and served as the medical director for quality and government programs at Blue Cross of Idaho.  He served on the Puget Sound Health Alliance and is currently a member of the State Healthcare Innovation Plan (SHIP) steering committee for Idaho and chair of the quality work group.  He is a promoter of the patient centered medical home and is a teacher of Motivational Interviewing for healthcare providers.   His clinical practice is focused on mental health.


Jeff Larsen, M.B.A., Medical Operations Director

Jeff joined Terry Reilly in March 2010, and co-manages the Medical Division along with the Medical Director. Jeff came to Terry Reilly from Hewlett-Packard where he spent 18 years working in 3 different business units. He has served in strategic business planning and operations management roles as well as marketing and finance assignments. He began his career at Deloitte serving in the audit & tax functions for 3½ years.

Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jeff lives in Boise with his wife and family. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and traveling.


Melissa Mezo, L.C.S.W., Behavioral Health Director

Melissa has been with Terry Reilly since 2002.  She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.  In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling.
