Heidi Hart, M.Ed., L.C.P.C. is the Executive Director and she has worked for Terry Reilly since 1993. Heidi began her career as a therapist providing specialized out-patient counseling and treatment services to child and adult victims of sexual abuse, as well as treatment for adult sexual offenders in Terry Reilly’s SANE Solutions Program. Heidi assumed the position as SANE Solutions Program Director in 2001. She was given the added responsibilities of Director of Terry Reilly-Behavioral Health in 2005 and Allumbaugh House Administrator in 2009. She was selected as the Executive Director in 2012. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis. |

Barbara Korn is a Certified Public Accountant. She has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Terry Reilly Health Services since 1974. |

Shannon Blackstock is Terry Reilly’s Human Resources Director. She has worked in the field of human resources since 1987 and joined Terry Reilly in 1997. She received her degree from Boise State University in 1993 with an emphasis in Human Resources and went on to acquire her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2000. Prior to joining Terry Reilly, Shannon worked in the semiconductor and broadcasting industries. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and enjoys participating in a variety of athletic activities. |

Dr. Dan Watt is the Dental Director for Terry Reilly. After 30 years in private practice near Washington DC, Dr. Watt has been at Terry Reilly since 2005. His accomplishments include two new state-of-the-art dental facilities in Nampa and Boise. Dr. Watt is a nationally known presenter on many topics, including Leadership and Quality Improvement. |

Dr. Jonathan Bowman is the Medical Director for Terry Reilly. He earned his medical degree at Medical College of Virginia before moving to Boise for internship and residency at Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in 1992. He served as Assistant Medical Director at Terry Reilly for both Medical Director Dr. Bob LeBow and Dr. Mark Mering before becoming Medical Director in 2006. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family such as camping, hiking and bicycling. He is married and has three children. |

Jeff Larsen joined Terry Reilly in March 2010 in the newly created corporate position of Medical Operations Director. In this capacity, he co-manages the Medical Division along with the Medical Director. Jeff came to Terry Reilly from Hewlett-Packard where he spent 18 years working in 3 different global business units in the US and Europe. He has served in strategic business planning and operations management roles as well as marketing and finance assignments. He began his career at Deloitte serving in the audit & tax functions for 3½ years.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During his years at Hewlett-Packard, Jeff continued to develop his professional skills with a wide range of management coursework including: Leadership Education and Development, Partnering for Business Success, Multi-Cultural Awareness workshop, Building Market Focused Organizations, Change Agility, Decision Analysis, Green Belt, and Total Quality Control.
Jeff lives in Boise with his wife and family. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and traveling.
