The Homedale Clinic is a community and migrant health clinic. It is a part of Terry Reilly Health Services, a private, not-for-profit, Idaho corporation dedicated to providing you affordable, quality primary health care.

Our goal is to serve you on the day you need us. An appointment is best, but if your problem is urgent we accept walk-ins as priority and time allows. Please keep your appointment. We recognize you have priorities also, just let us know as far ahead as possible if you cannot keep the appointment. This allows other to take your place and we can make the best use of our time. If you are late more than 15 minutes we may ask you to reschedule or work you in as time allows.
We believe health care should be available to everyone. We accept your insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or cash. Your fee can be discounted based on your household income and size. You will need to provide documentation. If you cannot pay at the time of service, other arrangements can be made before your appointment.
