Terry Reilly is committed to providing quality healthcare, regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay for your healthcare. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross of Idaho and Regence Blue Shield plans. For patients without health insurance or insurance plans with very high deductibles, we can provide sliding fees for many, but not all, of our services.
When you call to make an appointment, please let our staff know what type of insurance you have. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment.
Terry Reilly is not a free clinic. We do expect you to pay for services that we provide to you. We do understand that healthcare is expensive and not everyone can afford to pay the full cost of care. If you have a limited income (for example, incomes below $14,711 for a household of one or below $33,811 for a household of four), you may qualify for reduced fees. If you believe you may qualify for a reduction in fees, please bring one of the following items to your visit so that we can help you determine if you qualify for discounts:
- Most recent tax return
- One month worth of check stubs for all working members of your household
- Medicare annual award letter for the current year
- Job Service statement showing unemployment benefits
Terry Reilly can also provide patients with payment plans so that you can pay for the cost of your care over time, rather than having to make full payment all at one time.
