Our team is always advancing their knowledge through continuing education and research. Terry Reilly participates in national and regional demonstration projects around quality improvement.

Terry Reilly’s quality improvement initiatives include regular evaluation of patient outcomes through performance indicators that help us better understand the impact of our services on your health. These outcomes (which for patient privacy do not include information that would identify individual patients) are reviewed by staff, a committee of community volunteers committed to quality improvement, and by our Board of Directors.




We speak your language!
More than 40% of our staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. For other languages, Terry Reilly will arrange translation services, when needed.

  • Call to schedule your appointment.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to register. If you are new patient, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Remember to bring all of your medications with you to your appoinment.
