Nampa, ID: In response to COVID-19, Terry Reilly Health Services launched telehealth for qualifying medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments. This transition to virtual health care delivery allows Terry Reilly to continue providing the continuum of care for the community.
“It is important to remember that while we are responding to COVID-19, people still need to see their provider and have access to their medications. Telehealth allows us to provide these essential services as well as important wrap-around support,” said Heidi Hart, Terry Reilly CEO.
Telehealth will enable many of Terry Reilly’s more than 38,000 patients to continue seeing their doctor, dentist, or behavioral health provider from the safety and comfort of their home. It also allows our many immunocompromised or high-risk patients the option to meet virtually with their provider, receiving the same quality care without risking exposure to COVID-19.
“Our goal as a community health center is to provide affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare for all in our community. Accessibility is not easier than ever due to our ability to offer telehealth to our patients,” said Hart.
If you are interested in a telehealth appointment, call your local Terry Reilly clinic to discuss appointment options with your care team. Terry Reilly is still providing in-person appointments at all locations, with added precautions in place, providing patients with options on how best to receive their health care.
