I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support and empower them as they guide their own treatment and work toward meaningful change. In my time outside of work I love to travel and get lost in a good book. I also love walking and discovering green spaces closer to home, people watching and just slowing down to appreciate the sights and sounds of being outdoors.
