I understand the importance of using a trauma-informed lens to best support patients. I work to incorporate mindfulness, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT), and a care model that understands the importance of empathy and the therapeutic relationship. I am especially passionate about working with people who have experienced sexual violence.
