Reanna first began her career working at Allumbaugh House, providing inpatient care to patients experiencing a mental health crisis or drug addiction. She witnessed the volume of patients coming in who needed behavioral health services and shares, "I wanted to be able to offer more help." Being moved with compassion and a heart for service, Reanna pursued her Master of Social Work.

Reanna wants her patients not to feel alone, but to feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge. Reanna believes that "patient autonomy is essential, and she wants her patients to feel in charge of their treatment while she guides them through their journey from a professional perspective.
