Meet Your Provider Tyler’s passion for the outdoors initially led him to work with BlueFire Wilderness Therapy for Teens. He soon saw that his true calling was supporting the mental health and well-being of the youth he served.

Inspired to pursue a career in social work and behavioral health, he moved to Boise, where he earned his Master of Social Work from Boise State University.

As a provider, Tyler emphasizes a strengths-based approach and a person-environment perspective. He says, “One’s environment can have a tremendous effect on one’s health, and it is important to find solutions to address it.

Tyler has experience working with people who experience depression, anxiety, and ADHD and works as a witness and a sound board for his patients, helping them navigate and find resilience during difficult times.
