Baylie discovered her passion for medicine early while watching her father serve neighbors as a PA, and she shares that she hopes to help people in the same way. During her training to become a physician assistant, she completed clinical rotations across several Terry Reilly clinics, gaining experience with diverse patient needs and strengthening her commitment to community‑focused care.

Baylie is fluent in Spanish and values creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient. Her care philosophy centers on partnership: “I want my patients to be involved in all their healthcare decisions. If they’re involved, their health will improve much faster.”
