Clinical Interests

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in treating trauma from a person centered, strengths-based perspective and am EMDR and IFS trained. I use an eclectic approach based on each client’s individual personality, needs, and preferences. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds but have a passion for working with the perinatal population. I also facilitate classes for the Protective Parenting Project, a psycho-educational group designed to help parents increase their knowledge and skills to protect and nurture children.

About Me

I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Some of my favorite hobbies include traveling, listening to all kinds of music, reading, and adventuring with my dog.
