Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Jacqueline began her career as a musical entertainer, performing in both Nashville and Las Vegas. When she decided to stop traveling, she turned her focus to nursing and went on to earn her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University.

Jacqueline worked in trauma and emergency care for 27 years at University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from UTHealth Houston. Passionate about the field, she also taught nursing at the University of Texas at El Paso. Some of her specialties include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
