Jessica takes an integrative approach to care, incorporating acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. These modalities help her patients build resilience, foster self-acceptance, and work toward more fulfilling lives. Jessica notes, “A common issue I see in many of my young adult patients is identity work and the challenge of understanding who they are. While this is a broad area, supporting patients in these efforts promotes positive mental health. I want all my patients to feel supported and safe to share what’s on their mind.”
