Meet Your Provider
Jocelyn believes that a strong, empathetic therapeutic relationship is the foundation of real healing. As an LMSW, she is deeply passionate about working with the pediatric population, while also supporting adults in navigating trauma and various mental health symptoms, including depression and anxiety.
Her approach is rooted in a trauma-informed lens, blending evidence-based practices like EMDR and TF-CBT with the developmental power of Play Therapy. She also has a strong clinical focus on supporting individuals with Autism and ADHD, utilizing neuro-affirming care that cultivates each person’s unique strengths. By incorporating mindfulness and a strengths-based care model, she strives to create a safe space where her clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
About Jocelyn
