Meet Your Provider Monday through Thursday, Stephanie provides therapy services onsite at Middleton Heights Elementary School. On Fridays, she offers behavioral health therapy at the Terry Reilly Caldwell Arlington Clinic.

She creates care plans for her students with their resilience in mind, saying, "I want to give my patients the tools and resources that empower them, tools they will carry into adulthood. My goal is for the children to feel confident in their ability to self-regulate in any scenario." Stephanie cares for anyone experiencing anxiety and depression, providing support through a trauma-informed lens.

Her therapeutic approaches include talk therapy and play therapy, which help children explore their emotions and become more comfortable sharing difficult feelings and experiences.
