Due to the recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases, please DO NOT ENTER our facilities if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

Please:

  • remain in your vehicle

  • call the clinic from your cell phone (large clinics have a special number posted at entrance

  • an employee will come to your vehicle to offer assistance

 

Common COVID-19 symptoms include: fever, chills, congestion or runny nose, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
