Restorative Justice
The SANE (Sexual Abuse Now Ended) Solutions program is a community-based outpatient counseling and treatment program dedicated to repairing sexual abuse trauma and increasing victims’ and their families’ ability to create safety and stability.
Terry Reilly began the SANE Solutions program in 1983 in response to increased awareness of the prevalence and seriousness of sexual abuse within our community. Today, SANE Solutions is Idaho’s largest outpatient counseling program dedicated to treating sexual abuse.
SANE Solutions therapists are Master’s degree state-licensed mental health professionals with experience and specialized training in sexual abuse.

Healing and Preventing the Trauma of Child Abuse
The SANE (Sexual Abuse Now Ended) Solutions is a community-based outpatient counseling and treatment program dedicated to repairing sexual abuse trauma and increasing the ability of victims and families to create safety and stability.
Terry Reilly began the SANE Solutions program in 1983 in response to increased awareness of the prevalence and seriousness of sexual abuse within our community. Today, SANE Solutions is Idaho’s largest outpatient counseling program dedicated to treating sexual abuse.
Our therapists are Master’s level, state-licensed mental health professionals with experience and specialized training in sexual abuse.
SANE Solutions provides services to everyone impacted by child sexual abuse including victims, families, and offenders. Juvenile and adult sexual offender treatment is implemented to prevent further offenses. We also educate the public on how to effectively prevent the occurrence of child abuse within our community. This program is offered in Boise, Nampa, and Payette. The Nampa and Boise locations also operate a Family Violence Prevention Program for Adults who commit physical, verbal, and emotional abuse.
Family Violence Prevention Program
Terry Reilly’s SANE Solutions also operates a Family Violence Prevention Program for Adults who commit domestic battery. This program meets the treatment standards specified by the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance. Services currently available for adults who commit an act of domestic violence include intensive outpatient therapy
and gender-specific group treatment.
Victim Services
SANE Solution therapists provide a variety of evidence based clinical practices including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) that has proven to be a powerful tool in the recall and relief from the deep trauma of sexual abuse.

SANE Solutions supports coordinated, interagency involvement when intervening with and providing services for victims and families of sexual abuse. Counseling and treatment services are available to victims of sexual abuse and their families in our Boise and Nampa Offices.

Insurance and Fees
For Domestic Violence treatment, clients are required to pay for treatment services. Terry Reilly Health Services does not bill insurance.
For those who commit a sexual offense – insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted. However, clients are responsible for all fees if coverage is denied.
